- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed.
- ·Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic – Added advantage • · Create a regular publishing schedule.
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create content would be added advantage for selection
- Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Should know how to drive traffic + leads
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
- Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building).
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices
- Conduct competitive analysis studies on client competitors, including digital footprint analysis.
- Implementing Social Media SEO tactics aligned with our clients’ keyword and SEO strategies.
- Communicating in a professional, but unique social media “voice” for each client; directly aligned with the clients’ thought leadership and content platform
