Client is a well known pvt bank listed on NSE & BSE and is ranked among its peers. Role specs :
– Role involves identification of new customer value propositions that can then be converted into product offerings to support growth of SME banking segment of the Bank.
To plan, develop, market and set up distribution of the new / existing SME Lending product for clients of the bank in SME Segment and to monitor and measure the performance of the products after the launch.
– Create SME product plans and roadmaps by identifying, analyzing and recommending newer markets, products and business streams for SME lending business.
– Work with Head of Products & Segmentation to identify, target Industry segments
– Produce and review product requirements documents
– Develop new products in line with the government-initiated ecosystem play such as OCEN, ONCDC and Account Aggregator
Hybrid working (3 days / week from office)
Candidate specs: – Experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Bank/NBFC/Fintech in SME segment – must have previous experience in end-to-end project management.
– Well versed with the latest digital tools
